  • How do I order my meals?
    1. Go to the menu bar at the top right of the page and select the Order Here tab 2. Select the meal combo of your choice!
  • Can I order double carbs for my meal?
    You can order double carbs for your meal. However, since this is not a popular request, it is not a feature of online ordering. In order to have double carbs for your meal, please contact us for your request. We will be happy to comply with your request!   • How can I see the nutrition facts of the food I am ordering?
    While ordering, you can see the calorie count next to the name of your food item. For further nutrition information on the carbs and vegetables, please refer to our menu page and click on the carb or vegetable you wish to know about.
  • Do breakfast meals count towards my 10 meal combo?
    Yes, breakfast meals do count towards the 10 meal combo.
  • How do I cancel an order?

  • How do I remove an item from my cart?
    Mobile: In the checkout section, tap on the item you want to remove to expand its order information. Then in the top right corner, there is a small X for you to remove the item. Desktop: In the checkout section, go to the item you want to remove and in the top right corner there will be an X for you to remove the item. The X will turn yellow when hovered over with your cursor.
  • Can I edit a combo after I have added it to my cart?
    No, you cannot edit a combo after it is added to the cart, so please double check your order, before adding it!
  • What types of payment do you accept?
    We accept any form of debit and credit cards. We also accept PayPal. U.S. currency only.
  • How long does it take to deliver my order?
    We deliver every Sunday evening between 4p.m. - 9 p.m. for orders taken before Thursday at 11:59 p.m. Orders after Thursday at 11:59 p.m. may have a chance to be fit into the schedule but if not, then the whole order will be delivered the following Sunday. You will receive a notification by text to confirm the date of delivery.
  • Where do you deliver to?
    We deliver FREE to any surrounding cities in a 15 mile radius from the city of Azusa.
  • What do I do when I can't be home to recieve my delivery?
    We will drop your food off at your doorstep, but please notify us ahead of time if you will not be at home during delivery times. Just make sure to put your order in the fridge as soon as possible! Drivers will be in contact with ETA on orders.
  • Is there a delivery fee?
    No, all orders have free delivery!
  • Can I see the nutrition facts of my food?
    Yes! On our menu page, you can view the calorie count of the food item on its picture name. If you click on the picture, you can view its protein, carbs, and fat information.
  • Is the food you provide made from scratch?
    Yes! Our food is prepared by our team of chefs every week from scratch to provide the freshest and cleanest food possible!
  • What are the portion sizes on the meals?
    Each meal comes with: - 4oz protein - 3oz carbs - 3oz veggies
  • Why should I create an account?
    An account allows you to: - track current orders - view past orders - checkout faster - synch your favorites - keep items in your shopping cart until order completion - reorder past combos
  • How do I sign in to my account?
    1. Click on the "My Account" button 2. Enter your email address 3. Click "Get Sign - In Link" 4. Check your email for the sign in link. This will allow you to login to Let's Go Meals without using a password.
  • How do I create an account?

  • Can I order without an account?
    Technically yes, you can order without an account. However, we strongly suggest you create an account by simply entering your email. The rest of the process in creating the account is automatic. Please refer to the "Why should I create an account?" question above to learn about the benefits of having a registered account.
  • How do I view my order history?
